這道美味又簡單的中式點心是利用新年用剩的糯米粉和現成黑芝麻蓉做的~~~~~豆沙燒餅就吃得多了,今回就試試黑芝麻吧!外皮軟糯QQ的,內裡有香甜的黑芝麻餡,熱辣辣時真的很好吃呢!

水、砂糖及油放入小鍋中,然後煮滾。

待煮滾後熄火,然後一次過撞入糯米粉中,快手拌勻。

待不太熱時,戴上膠手套,將粉糰搓至光滑。

將粉糰和黑芝麻餡等分成10份。

將粉糰壓扁,然後包入黑芝麻餡,搓圓,略壓扁成為一圓形狀。

平底鑊落油燒熱,用慢火煎至兩面金黃色,即成!
