特別要嗚謝姐的同事幫我在鼎鼎大名的樹記排隊買腐竹,我才有那麼美味的腐竹雞蛋糖水吃呀~ 鮮百合腐竹雞蛋糖水滋陰潤肺,老少皆宜。無論任何季候,都可飲用。煲好後加雞蛋同吃,好味有益。奶白色的糖水,令人感覺喝了皮膚也會變好呢~

鮮百合洗乾淨,有黑點、軟掉的部份要扔掉,備用。

腐竹沖洗,備用。

煲放入水,凍水放入腐竹,煲滾。

再加入鮮百合,用中慢火煮至軟身。喜歡的也可以將腐竹煲至融化。

然後加入冰糖,試味。

另一鍋子加入水和雞蛋,中小火煮雞蛋約10分鐘即可。放涼後去除蛋殼,加到已完成的腐竹糖水內,即成!
