油炸鬼切件,平舖在碟上。

雞蛋打發,加入1:1的清水(我今次的蛋細隻,所以加了200ml水),及加入調味料拌勻。

放入蒸爐100度蒸約12﹣15分鐘(或隔水大火蒸10﹣12分鐘),即成!
