3株 新鮮迷迭香

1/2茶匙 西班牙紅椒粉(Paprika)

2湯匙 橄欖油

這個焗薯新手做也絕對沒有問題,最適合用來當配菜,我就以它來配搭肉眼扒了。

薯仔不用去皮,刷洗乾淨,擦乾水份,備用。

迷迭香洗淨,逆著根部刮下葉子,然後切碎,備用。

薯仔切成滾刀塊狀,然後加入調味料拌勻。

焗爐預熱200度10分鐘。

焗盤鋪上錫紙,將(3)的薯仔平鋪在焗盤上,然後放入焗爐,焗約25﹣30分鐘,即成!
