    蕃茄洗淨,切半。

    準備一鍋子,放入清水、蜂蜜、蘋果醋及話梅,煮滾後轉細火煮5分鐘,試味,可因應個人口味而增減調味,然後熄火。

    待浸湯完全涼後,將蕃茄放入密封盒中,然後倒入浸湯,蓋上盒蓋,放入雪櫃冷藏一晚。
