螞蟻上樹是中國四川重慶傳統菜,就是用粉絲和肉末加辣豆瓣醬同炒。其名稱起源有說因為此菜有細小的肉末沾在粉絲上,看上去正如一行行螞蟻在樹上慢慢地往上爬。不管怎樣,螞蟻上樹都是一個香口惹味的家常小菜!

豬肉以醃料醃15分鐘。粉絲泡水15分鐘備用。
