這道家常菜下飯一流。蕃茄豬扒用片糖來煮汁,而且要用去了籽的番茄,片糖的甜味跟蕃茄很搭,而去了籽的番茄的就不會太酸。

蕃茄洗淨,切塊,備用。

豬扒洗淨抹乾,用刀背剁鬆,用醃料醃20分鐘。

燒熱油鑊,放入豬扒煎至金黃色,盛起,備用。

原鑊爆香蒜蓉,加入蕃茄及汁料,用中火煮滾,加鑊蓋煮片刻,至蕃茄軟身。
