茄子洗淨,切件,用鹽水浸,備用。

將調味料加到生蒜頭和炸葱蒜當中,拌勻備用。

粉絲浸軟後,均勻地舖在碟上。

然後舖茄子在粉絲上,再淋上上(2)的調味料。

放入蒸爐以100度蒸8分鐘。(或以滾水起計隔水蒸8分鐘)
