芝士、薯茸、煙肉…呢個配搭基本上點整都好食。而且大磨菇口感似食牛扒,但低卡低脂肪,係有「營」之選呀!

燒滾水,將薯仔灼熟,去皮,然後壓成薯茸,備用。

大蘑菇用濕布抹乾淨,去蒂。

將蘑菇蒂、煙肉、洋葱切小粒。

燒熱平底鑊,爆香(3)的材料,然後盛起,加入薯茸內拌勻。

將餡料放入大蘑菇上,上面舖上一層Mozzarella cheese 碎。

放入已預熱的焗爐以200度焗8分鐘或表面變金黃色,即成!
