蕃薯去皮洗淨,切成小粒,然後蒸20分鐘至軟身。

將蕃薯用Blender打爛(或用壓薯茸器壓爛也可)。

然後加入蜜糖及無鹽牛油,拌勻。

將蕃薯泥放入小焗杯中,大約7成滿即可。

放上棉花糖,要鋪得密密的,然後放入焗爐以180度焗10﹣15分鐘至金黃色,即成!
