湯底所有材料加到鍋子,中火煮滾,之後轉小火。

白蘿蔔洗淨去皮,用刀子稍微除掉稜角,切塊,劃十字。用水煮至熟,再拿出來放到(1)的湯底裡。

甜不辣先出水一下,藉此去油去味,然後瀝乾水份。

然後放入蒟蒻、蛋。最後才放入甜不辣和福袋,用小火煮約20分鐘,即成!
