薄撐是廣東飲食文化中飲茶的一種食品,今次我介紹的是一個懶人版中式薄撐,簡單易做。食譜裡加了一點糯米粉加添QQ的口感,若果手邊沒有糯米粉也可以不加,只要加多15g麵粉就可以了。饀料其實沒所謂的,可以好像我用韭菜和火腿,當然用臘腸、臘肉、蝦乾、蝦米、菜脯、蟹柳也沒問題啦!

先用270ml水將全部材料拌勻,然後再加入剩餘的100ml水拌勻至沒有粉粒。

饀料切粒,備用。

餡料加入粉漿內拌勻。

易潔鑊燒熱下油,倒入適量的粉漿,將兩面煎至金黃色,即成!
