皮蛋去殻洗淨,切碎,備用。

先做醬汁:將味醂、生抽、冰糖加熱,直至冰糖煮溶。用前再混合芝麻醬,備用。

滑豆腐用熱水洗淨,切開小塊,放碟上,然後放上皮蛋碎。
