先將班蘭葉洗淨,剪成大片,備用。

龍眼肉洗淨,瀝乾水,備用。

煲滾水,然後加入龍眼乾,先用中火煲15分鐘。

然後再加入班蘭葉及椰糖餅,以小火煲半小時,之後熄火,不要打開蓋,再焗1小時。

把已焗好的龍眼水放涼後,放入雪櫃雪3小時或以上,即成!
