蝦洗淨,剪去蝦腳,去蝦腸,抹乾水份,備用。

用醃料略為拌勻。

檸檬用刨皮刀取出檸檬皮,之後切半取出檸檬汁,剩下的可以切片做裝飾,備用。

鍋子放少許油,油熱後將蝦一隻隻平放,煎至金黃色,夾起,備用。

同一個鍋子,先放泰式菠蘿甜辣醬,炒出香味後,將蝦回鑊,加入檸檬汁和少許鹽,快手炒勻令醬汁包裹著蝦,即可熄火。
