香茅、蒜頭、南薑、檸檬葉切碎,備用。(或用機打碎)

豬仔脾洗淨,用廚房紙吸乾水份。

將所有醃料塗勻上豬仔脾,放入雪櫃,醃一晚。

預熱焗爐 200C。

豬仔脾放在烤架上,入焗爐200度焗約20分鐘,中途取出反面並塗上蜜糖。

焗好取出排上碟上,食時可配泰式雞醬同吃。
