牛肋肉都較肥膩,所以以橙汁醃製,加上一點蜜糖味,就能去除肉類的油膩感了。

而且牛肉還帶有一陣果香呢。

牛肋條洗淨,瀝乾,切小段,加入醃料拌勻,醃30分鐘。

鍋子下油燒熱,爆香蒜茸。然後加入牛肋條,煎至兩面金黃。

加入汁料,滾起後蓋上蓋子,轉最小火煮15分鐘至汁料變濃稠。
