金蠔浸溫水30分鐘解凍,清洗乾淨。

滾水計,蒸5分鐘,蒸好後拿出木條,印乾水後放涼備用。

煎Pan下油,燒熱後放上金蠔,慢火煎至金黃色,熄火夾起備用。

下糖桂花及蜜糖落pan, 拌勻煮熱到起泡,然後放回金蠔於桂花蜜糖醬汁中,立即熄火,快手炒勻,即成!
