    沖繩紅芋是一種紫色的紅薯,含有抗氧化作用的多酚。柚子蜜配合蒸熟的紅芋粒,成為一道別緻有益的方便美點,適合作為派對小食或簡單下午茶啊。沖繩紅芋在香港不容易買到,可以改用日本小蕃薯或芋頭也可。

    紅芋洗淨,去皮,切成約2cm的粒狀。

    將所有紅芋放耐熱容器內,放入蒸爐以100°C蒸10分鐘後取(或一般隔水蒸亦可)。
