有些食譜會用斑蘭糖代替冰糖,但我看過斑蘭糖的包裝袋,其實大概只是砂糖混合斑蘭香精和色素…所以,都是不用比較好。始終自家製都是想健康天然一點啦~

先將斑蘭葉剪碎,攪拌器放入斑蘭葉、椰漿和清水攪爛,隔出斑蘭葉水共800ml,如不夠可加入清水拌勻,備用。

鍋子加入斑蘭葉水及冰糖,用小火煮溶,放涼。

加入糯米粉拌勻,用手抓粉漿至無粉粒。

將粉漿過篩,倒入已掃油的糕盤內,用錫紙或微波爐保鮮紙包好表面以防倒汗水滴落至皺紋。

用大火蒸約三小時至熟透(蒸爐100度蒸三小時),即成!
