椰菜及甘荀切絲,豬扒洗淨後切粗條。

豬扒用醃料拌勻,醃1小時。

鍋子放入水煲滾後放入烏冬,煮至6-7成熟撈起隔水。然後把椰菜絲及甘荀絲放入滾水中煮至稍為軟身即可撈起備用。

將豬扒放入平底鑊煎至兩面金黃,夾起備用。

平底鍋中火下油起鑊,放入烏冬、椰菜絲及甘荀絲炒勻後轉小火,加入所有調味料炒勻至均勻上色,即可上碟。
