一般都會做豪華版的南乳吊燒雞,但是有點煩,放工回家更加不會夠時間做。所以我轉做南乳燒雞翼,一樣好食!

雞翼解涷,洗淨,抹乾。

以醃料醃雞翼3小時或以上 (朝早返工前醃,或醃過夜都可以)。

焗爐預熱200度。

雞翼連醃汁放入焗爐200度焗10分鐘後,反轉另一面塗上餘下醃汁,再焗6-8分鐘,即成!
