    簡簡單單一個中式小炒,用上樹記的素雞真是滑得來又彈又充滿豆香~

    素雞切片。雲耳、冬菇浸透,切件。

    黑蒟蒻略沖洗,切件。露筍去掉底部約一寸,切段。

    油燒熱鑊,爆香蒜頭及芡汁(一),加入露筍、冬菇、素雞、黑蒟蒻、雲耳兜勻炒香。

    再加入芡汁(二)拌勻,蓋上蓋子,炆煮至入味。

    打開蓋子,如果仍有太多湯汁的話可用一點生粉水埋芡,即可上碟。
